I decided to cancel my research of a colony star earlier this era, just recently I was looking through my research list and noticed I no longer can research it. So I can't build the colony star because I cancelled it, but cannot research it either. Not particularly an important research to me at this moment, but I think this is a bug, yes? It definitely topples my consideration to try out the colonies games this era  |

What????  You can cancel research!?!? HOW!!! 
Many times I have found my self wishing I could cancel my research.

Yeah, that is one of the curious things. I've started watching for it and it seems you can only sometimes cancel research. From what I gather there is a cancel option when you first start a research, but if you log out and back in then you can't..? I will keep an eye on it and post any new info I find. |

It appears I was in error. I can build colony stars after all, I did not realize they were under the "colony prod." tab  Which I still find odd, as I thought I had cancelled the research.. I will post more as I figure out things, but it seems my original problem was just me not knowing what I was doing. |

Well I started then cancelled various researches without any problems. Every time it just returned to the research list. Looks like there is no problem, just me not knowing what I was doing. Sorry about the trouble  |
