@Zaphood,
If you are helping someone that is outside of your alliance. You can be a newbie helper. You will need to ask a newbie helper ingame to become one. Check the top ten for Stars by putting them in your comm list.
@T2,
Same as Zap start by putting players who are in the Top Ten in your comm list. There are at least two I see in the Top Ten ask them.
I am sure if you ingame one of them will help you.
