This is just a thought, but could we have a little screen that popped up that asked you if these were the right coordinates that you wanted to use, cause i just to shoot a probe into space and it came out as a wait of 4 days and 17Hrs and i had forgot to put a zero in the Y coords so it was probably going who knows were, but just a thought.

Jack09 that is a great suggestion.
I have done that many times.
It is very annoying to have to destroy the probe and start over. bang head bang head

I hope that Admin can add that.

nah.
you think this pop-up would make people recheck their inserted coords every time? i don't. it would just be annoying to see it ask confirmation every time i want to send my probe.

but. if a system could be implemented that checks the coords you have entered and warns you only when the numbers are too far from the average.
that would be helpful.

Perhaps as a compromise a message could pop up saying what the nearest planet is to the coordinates you put in

you can easily program your own javascript for that in Internet explorer

see

if it is good, we will implement it

we will do that, lets say: if it is further than 24 h flight, there will be a warning
