don't share accounts means, that you may not give your password or a login-link to anyone else

only use one account means, that you may not create a new account and use it together with another account to do some actions.

strictly speaking:
if you delete an account or the old account ends its evolution-time or is deleted cause you didn't log in for 8 days,
then you may not use fleets or probes of one account to help the other:
- use the fleets at the same coordinates
- use probe-data of the old account
- attack or defend someone that is attacking or being attacked by the other account
- attack or defend someone in the same alliance

The fleets of the old account can stay where they are unless they don't interfere with the new account in any way
