in the shipyard you build your ships.
destroying a shipyard gives the attacker 500 points
lifepoints: 3500
researchtime: 1 d
buildingtime: 1 d
battle details:is immune against the kill effect
(battle engine syntax: trigger_0_kill)
is immune against the destruction effect
(battle engine syntax: trigger_0_destroy)

maybe the buildingtime is too high.
when you loose your shipyard, you cannot build anything for a day, thats hard and not helping the game
i suggest to shorten it to 4 h |

or this idea:
the shipyard could be modified, so that if it is destroyed and you have enough free mp, it generates a cloak generator that cloaks your base.
this way you can build up your new shipyard and start production at the right moment, when you are not under attack anymore
