Maybe we could make some kind of mailinglist?

you can send diplomatic messages to the alliance leaders in the alliance statistics screen. the message sent there will only be delivered to the leader.
once you sent a message to someone, then your player is listed in the com table of that player. once that player answered, you see him/her in your com-table.
all messages, that refer to all alliances can be posted here. |
