You mean like an infomercial, where they'll walk up to you and go ''Hey! What is that you're playing?!'' and you say, in your most pretentious voice, ''Oh, it's amazing! It's a game called Spacetrace and it will revolutionise your way of thinking!''

It's certainly an inventive idea.

It's an irony how the forums have so many banner ads for half-done online games which are rather boring, and the actual good game can't afford it.

But on a note to Lestelgar: I agree credits don't do enough. I once donated and built myself a wormhole out of the credits I received, but that's about it.

However, Spacetrace needs balance. The concept of Spacetrace would be ruined if one could buy his way to the top.

Well I don't think you should buy your way to the top I mean like voting on these websites and recieving something becuase of it.

I dont see how its unfair because everyone could do it. Maybe you could gain like 1% evolution for every 10 votes or something or chose what you want. I've seen this on so many other games and they are really popular like with 2000+ members.

Don't any of you want ST to become more popular?

We do want ST to become more popular.

It should also be noted that Evolution does nothing but count off until how long the Dominion enslaves you, so that would be more of a punishment than a reward.

But what do you suggest we'd get? Credits don't have enough use, and what else is an option?

The problem with getting more man power is that we evo every 3 months. So if you are at 50% in evolution and I just start over, not only do you have a little teachnology advantage but also a man power advantage. There is no way I can stand a chanse then. Plus, if everyone gains the same amount of man power there is no use to this. All the fleets will stay the same, just grow a little, everyone will have the same chanse at winning a battle.
