if you reduce it's ap, then it wouldnt be a c3 type ship, it would just be a c1, so it would be a totally unfair ship.

Sorry for the confusion, but by health I meant LP.
As a side note neither of those ships actually have any AP...only special abilities. 
Oh and then there me trying to understand your statement about how a c3 ship fighting in c1 is fair while a c1 ship fighting in c1 is unfair.... |
