Both members of PSD. Both having shared at least one similar log-on session.
After giving both accounts an IP-trace, the following can be said:

Ronsta of Iragasu has used the following IP addresses:
Quote:
124.176.182.84,60.230.39.36,121.219.0.41,124.181.134.149,138.217.101.71,121.219.230.174,124.181.134.167,124.181.245.68,124.181.44.210,124.181.247.225,121.220.10.4,121.219.10.9,60.230.39.181,124.180.115.129,58.145.148.3,124.180.4.163

Most can be located at Melbourne, Australia. A few are traced back to Sydney, Australia.

Srict of Peraoil has used the following IP addresses:
Quote:
58.165.12.21,60.230.39.36,139.132.1.1,58.164.116.121,121.219.134.238,124.181.134.149,121.220.56.70,58.168.238.147,124.181.245.68,210.11.125.72,128.184.132.11,121.219.141.152,124.176.169.32,124.181.139.192,124.180.65.140,58.165.32.17,58.168.137.187,58.168

Three IP addresses are found on both players:
Quote:
60.230.39.36,124.181.134.149,124.181.245.68

Feel free to explain. That's what counts, not other people stating what they subjectively think about it..

Me and ronsta are good mates which live near each other. He has sometimes logged on from my house to see how his going. Is that illegal. Are we allowed to do that.

I have talked to Ronsta many times before and to Srict too; and I know that their mannor, the words that they use and how they use them bear little similarity.

And you must ask the question, if they are both in the same alliance with several other people, why would they multy?

The only proof for them multying would be if they have battles between one a nother or done a lot together.

Rob do, are two of those IP's active together at any time? Or does the account logging with both originate from the same IP at a given time everytime?
With the 2nd they are either multies or siamese twins surgically attached to each other

These "regional alliances" (consisting of all members, multi's or not, from the same place) are best dealt with duing thier OFFLINE (meaning early am THEIR TIME) hours. Is the advatage to diversity in your alliance as well as forcing diversity on thiers (along with possible exposure via the "MJ-KOT method")

i wouldnt' say thats illegal, but very supicious and probably should be avoided. You should read the manual of Multying 101 in section 3 part C.

Noxux where is that writting. All I can find is this:
That day the law of the sages was passed:
- only use one account -
- don't share accounts -

It might seem suspicious but if that is all why not allow them to do so, two brothers playing this game have the same IP at all times. These guys do not attack each other and don't do realy anything else suspicious ingame, so if they aren't multies why stop then from checking once in a blue moon what's going ingame when they are at a friends house?

I don't see why you cannot log in at your friends computer to check spactrace just because he also plays the game.

So i wouldnt see why that is a problem.

It's not against the rules. But checking on a suspicious case is simply normal.
