base: 1 fighter
1 destroyer
1 cruiser
1 flamingo
This is almost like a basic 1/1/1 defence for you base which makes sure 1 fleet cannot take your base down. But in addition to the class 3 there is a flamingo which has 5 times more lp meaning if someone risks clearing your base with 3 cruisers he will fale as you need 6 cruisers minimum in this case to clear the 1/1/2 setup.

fleet 1: 100 fighters
1 retreat fighter
250 destroyers
1 campaign ship
6 cruisers
1 flamingo
1 mothership
This is just a fleet with some basic ship mixed with special ships to make it better. The class 1 won't have to fight the first time meaning you can create a battle situation the enemy wasn't expecting( if he tries to clear your class 1 first and then follow up you messt it up). The class 2 are 250 destroyers, nothing special and on their own might not make points but as there is a campaign ship they have a better chanse of making points when they get to shoot a second time. The class 3 is just cruisers but they can even make points if someone hits you with purely cruisers and again, if someone tries to clear them all by hitting this fleet with 8 cruisers in class 3 he will fale as again, the flamigo needs 5 hits to be taken out.
fleet 2: 1 fighter
25 holo-clone-ships
1 cruiser
1 mothership
If the holo clones are put in base fleet they are a good protection vs HQ invadors if you would get the flag when you just evo'd. The holo clones could also be used to hunt 'it'. What you could also do if you attack someone then you have a good chanse your class 2 from fleet 1 will wipe his class 2 out. Send in this fleet afterwards and his class 3 is in big trouble when having to fight holo-clones. It will be like a clas 3 vs class 3 battle only this time your class 3 costs less.
The fighter in this fleet makes sure your holo-clones wouldn't battle any class 1 as you would loose a lot of points then.

fleet 3: 10 shield generators
1 spectre
1 cruiser
1 mothership
This fleet is very good in hitting class 1. When you battle class 1 the only class 1 ships with over 10 attack power are kamis, but the chanse are very small anyone has that in a standing fleet you are attacking. The shield generators have 2 lp so will survive fighters, but even if you fight penguins your spectre would have a big chanse of getting shielded. Your spectre will go of and probobly destroy 1000 class 1 which is 1000 points . If it were to get hit it straight away gets shielded and no chanse of getting destroyed anymore. WIth this fleet if no shield generators would survive then you don't have to worry about fighting the enemy's class 2. But if some of your shield gens would shield your spectre and them selves( can happen fighting fighters) then there is a chanse you would need to fight enemy class 2 and loose your spectre, but you made 1000 points in class 1 and would then loose 400 in class 2 meaning you still made 600 points.
With this fleet you do need to watch out for evaporators and blockade runners. Blockades won't be touched by the shockwave and an evap will take out the spectre when hit. Worst case scenario is blockades mixed with evaps meaning you take out nothing but some evaps and loose 400 points.
Also any other ships with more then 1 lp can be a problem, bulks would need 4 spectres to take down making it more risky carrieng 1600 mp in 4 ships. And someone could try to save some ships by trying sporation although that won't work very well as the sporator would need to go of before your spectre, chanse are small that happens if he has over 1000 class 1 and you only 11 class 2.

Hope this helps
