So it's obvious that 10 of my cruisers fired on his ships=0LP left.
My shock-wave cruiser reduced LP to -1 for 30 ships, well, all his ships.
So they are all -1.
How can they be reconstructed?

I have gotten an explanation that makes it possible for this to happen. So very likely no bug. Sorry.
