creates 1200 flag-trooper in your own fleet in class 1
This is from the topic on the HQ invador and it was posted in 2004 and doesn't seem to be edited so I think they were always class 1. And I can remember something that happend last evo which stopped me from getting a flag and I am sure a cyclops did that which again indicates they were probobly class 1.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but has the picture been changed?
It would seem the only reasonable explanation. (I haven't seen the picture of this before, so I might be wrong)
