the whirlwind (class 1 ship)
this ship creates a shockwave wich causes all ships to get blasted away, so that the battle is over. however the ship gets blown up in the process.
*note to admin. both effects should affect both sides.*

manpower: 100
researchtime: 3 d
buildingtime: 10 h

needed research:
fanatic warfare
battle details:disables the abilities of all all
(battle engine syntax: disable,all)
destroys already damaged in class
(battle engine syntax: blast)
self destructs!
