Okay, I admit, the title is terrible.

But anyways, we need new members. The second to last member left without notice today, and I'm stuck with an inactive newbie. I banned him, and we will begin anew.

Temporarily, I will be leader and CoW. The position of MoC will be given to a player I find worthy. Once Sparks comes back, which should be around the next Era, he will become leader once more, and I will assume the position of CoW.

The requirements:

1.Loyalty. You will answer to the CoW, and to the leader. All others are your equals. You will follow orders, unless you can give a good reason not to.

2. Communication skills. When you pull back your fleets, are busy, going on vacation, anything important, send an alliance round message.

3.Have more then -2000 points. As long as you have more then this at the time you send in an apllication this requirement is met.
