I have been trying to get the thing to come on for the last 15m which it will not do in spite of a mere .01 sector difference on the x axis only 
EDIT: I finally got it on by switching out the frames about 2 dozen times. It worked but is very stubborn.

its strange (besides from being annoying) during the first battleperiod i didnt have any problem with it, now its just impossible... 
edit: the BH turns out to be a good place to 'synchronize'if there 's no-one  |
