Then again
the idea of a destructive probe is quite an interesting one
the idea of a 'long range missle attack' could open up a new window to the pane of warfare
we have points and credits to use as currency to fund such acts
2 credits for a plantary bombardment....etc
1000 points to launch 100 missiles at a target
1000 points to fire 10 'homing' missiles at a fleet.
etc
im not agreeing that the topic shold of been opened
more agreeing to the fact that 'attack probes' would be an interesting addition to the arsenal of us, the players of spacetrace.
however, it would be another complication, so a balance is needed.
so either, a defense should be available at a default setting, then the player can sacrifice it to build such 'attack probes'
or
have them so they dont cause such a massive impact on players
have them traceable, have them lose you points
etc
etc
etc |

Well, no. At least your post has something to contribute to the topic (not that much, but thats not the point anyway).
By the way, KNight (If your wondering who had Knight, I believe it was Jort), when your posting in the New Technology Inventions forums, you should check the date, because some periods tons of inventions are made, and sometimes none for a long period.
In Off-topic, if its a game, you can usually just post (if you are playing the game) in it, because well... That kindof starts it up (and if it doesnt, oh well) again. Speaking of that, let me see the Story Time topic...
