When you scout out the area with probes, and you discover a planet, does that planet know you have just discovered it?

no, you would need an oscillation probe to find out that there are other probes around.

the only probe that is seen without scanning is the trace probe, when it sent the coordinates to its owner, but then it is already too late

there u are. i dont understand how it werks and i've read the manual. so can u explain it better? thanx =)
