You have to research 15 things before you can invent ships.
Then it costs credits to do so.

I usually get the invention page at about 10% or so evo, about the time that noob assistance/advice stops the invention page comes on

So now that the Arbitater-tot has talked smack for a few days, we now have to WAIT for him to invent some super weapons so he can take us out?!?
Why not just ask admin to give you a few apostate spheres to use, that should at least hasten our apparent doom....and then when you stop at my place I can finally feast on some galactic tater tots....
