Went for an attack last night fleets where set on AC , when I logged in this morning all fleets where in defence mode without me changing it  ( and no I didn't made a mistake , it said
fleet 3 is attacking all fleets that don't have the attack-code: LOL , for all fleets that is ) This really s.u.c.k.s and my oponent didn't log in between ? ?

my conclusion. a bug, a hacker, or a mistake by you (although according to you you didnt make a mistake, there is the slightest chance....)

Bug or mistake shrug 
This reminds me was there a discussion along time ago about a ship that changes your attack codes
E.g. class 3 or 4 ship which prior to battle changes all opponents attitudes to ‘Attack’ signature.
Just don’t keep it at your base 
(sorry for off-topic - bored day)
