this ship forces all traveling fleets in a radius of 2 coords to move to the nearest coord. this ship allows players to intercept fleets before they can reach a planet.
the warp inhibitor does not work while he is moving

| nice idea but it can be dangerous because if u have one of these on your planet all nearly fleets gonnat attack u, but if this invention can turn off/on could be very nice ship |
