Class 4 ERROR

my ship is class 4 and program say that it is not class 4. WHAY??? If some one know how to corect it please write.

please correct some data:
the nano rebuild is not a class 4 ship

nano rebuild (class 4 ship)
this ship collects scattered pieces of fallen nano ships and reconstructs up to 10 class 3 and 1 class 4 ships. only one nano rebuild can operate. it is improved major reconstructor which was stolen from mycilloids. need less mp, but is very unstable, if this ship is hit it selfdestruct and kill your 5 class 3 ships
