We might lose our leader because hes on vacatio for two weeks so his account might be deleted. And our flag was stolen while I second in command was gone. Nice. So im not sure whats going to happen to our alliance if our leaders account is deleted. If the alliance is destroyed because then ill make it over agian but with a new leader then erear can join when hes back from vacation with a new account.

Your leader should have given the leader post to someone else if he was going to be away. It makes it very difficult to move your FC around and protect it.
Don't worry though...the Leader post will go to someone else if the current leader gets deleted.
Just carry on as if everything is normal and hopefully you guys can nominate an interm leader in the meantime to keep the team going in the same direction. The alliance will fall apart however if this crutial requirment is not met.
