Nope... Not good 
Imagine what it could do in combination with the Dreadnought or a couple of ShockWaves...
Maybe it should do some extra damage to the allready damaged ships, say 30?
And why the hell it has Warp and a Cloaking device?! "specified class" - class4?! "and fleet"?! |

I agree with Motody!!!
it does need changes to the design, although it would be nice to destroy all nanite players hehe....
this is not the way
