Well, a war it clearly is.
But I'm greatly disappointed in TFP as they haven't got the guts to admit they simply want to bash an inferior alliance.
Have it your way, we'll stand our ground.
Btw Connor, maybe you can teach Le Creme a decent assault. For all that incompetent fool seems to be able to is attacking noobs and inactive players.
I must say, it does clearly earn him points. 
Also, I hope I have the wrong impression, but as it is I'm very glad I'm not in TFP. You all seem to think it strange to simply keep an ally from getting mushed if he can't defend himself and see it as an assault on the attacking player.

Caboose, I think we can pretty much make the following parabel.
It's like a fox attacking a sleeping sheep. The sheep has a big dog as a friend. When the dog wants to drive the fox off the fox tells the dog to back off as he's having a 1 on 1 duel with the sleeping sheep.
KoT, I'm sorry I had to compare you to the sheep, no offense meant but in this case it just fitted the parabel.
And before I hear objections that the parabel has nothing to do with it, it's just a purely metaphorical parabel.

LOL, I have walked the walk. And i have no biff with you nor do i have anything worth fighting with reseached  but sure you can come to my undefended base to prove how you can walk the walk... but anyway I do not have a Waring alliance and because my other member is basicly solo there wouldnt be any war ... but go ahead most poeple know how to find me in game ... I send my name at the end of PMs :|.... I might even be able to get some allies to help me .... either way youll only be attacking my base so meh i dont really care

Anon, I am no member of TFP, just a neutral observer. My commentary to Araith's post was certainly friendly and neutral. It was intended to point out that it was not a true declaration of war, and that the meaning of the letter was not plainly stated.
I dont like the hostility that Spacetrace players tend to display to newbies. Just because you dont recognize my name does not give you the right to threaten me, and try to bully me. I really believe that that attitude helps keep ST numbers down, and its one of the reasons I use a new forum name every evo.
And I will still take on you and all your friends single handedly. Want my coords? |

You guys should go have a fight over the multi's or something beneficial (except for the multies of course ).
IMHO, sieging a members base amounts to an alliance attack as it blocks and disrupts the alliances twn network for reasonable travel eta's.
Any player sieging an NZ base tends to take multiple hits from the other members whether intentional or not esp. as we are alway using the twn network.
So, do everyone a favor and try to sort this one out

This is something I have noticed since I started playing the game. I make an attempt assist all HONEST new players and make them feel welcome into the game.
Now here is a post by DavAlan that makes the most sense in this whole thread/posting

How does it make all honest players feel when farmers make it into the top 10 and honest players are struggleing to stay in the positive side of score.
Direct your efforts to where it's needed..... not to turf wars that benefit neither. That stuff is all fun and good but ...the real problem lies with neither of the warring factions.
This msg is directed to noone in perticular and everyone in general but it would be a good idea to take a step back and have a look where the real aggression should be directed.
If anyone needs further clairfication on this, I'd be happy to expound in a private msg. |

Wow, TFP must really suffer from collective anger from the 6th best player on the list getting repeatedly arse-kicked by a player from an alliance with an alliance score of only 1.5% of his score.
This war is going on for little more than a day and fleets no.3 to 10 are already underway to me.
Maybe you succeed this time with 8 fleets where the past two and Le Creme's fleets failed.
But then, I'm not making it as hard on you as I did on the others. Now you only have to blast through the meager 140 mp I have. Even with 8 fleets you should have a reasonable chance of success.

He attacked me, i was helped. Hes a bad loser.

Just want to say that I am dissapointed in Le Creme and Connor.
Besides, we can keep on talking for ages, cause there can also be said that they weren't attacking TFP, all battles are on the grounds of Defiance, so TFP was playing the hostile part. That is a very true fact, so why go in defensive Connor. Just admit that Le Creme was going for easy points, and just go and fight Defiance with 10 people.
But don't be crying now. You are the stronger group, so why be ashamed?
Finally, why would it be wrong to help your alliance partners? What is the use of alliances? Don't be bitching around with numbers and stupid arguments. You are stronger, so behave like that.
Cause otherwise we can keep on going for ages with s.h.i.t. like this: You can talk a nice lot of bulls.h.i.t. but in the end it wasn't 1 vs 1 at all.
If a player is inactive and also a n00b, you aren't fighting 1 vs 1, but more like 1 vs 0. If Araith comes in and helpes his inactive alliance member what is the damned problem?

1) KoT isn't a NooB he is playing some while now
2) if Le creme attacked Devil , Duo came to aid
3) Le Creme attacked Duo , Devil came to aid so Devil is active
4) Stupid msg ingame where the reason for Le Creme to get pissed
5) Le Creme asked if we could attack DEF II , so we will
6) Even before first attack from TFP , DEF II starts to write in forum how "brave"we are for attcking them nothing happend at that time .
7) all these stupid writings made me deside to start attacking DEF II .
I was hitting Multi's before , and I enjoyed it better than these attacks on DEF II

This war is getting better by the minute. Now Full of Contact, an old 'acquintance', decides to put into action his version of wargames: attacking people at war.

Then get a better hold on your alliance members. Le Creme already declared the war.
Also, this topic was originally not started for a war, but in hope to avert the war or at least show Le Creme's scams.

Guess what? You're not alone. I bet the only one enjoying this is Le Creme (he hasn't been mushed for 2 full days already). I was having a rather nice fight with kame. That is, halfway our fight I discovered it was kame, but it was fun none the less.
