How does one create a new Alliance for others to join? Do you have to have special rights to do so?

all you have to do is make an alliance, then if you want somebody to join youre alliance you have to give him youre alliance code |

No, there are no special rights to start an alliance, but you need to be experienced somewhat before you try that. At least a cpouple of evos under your belt. Join an alliance first and ask questions from your teammates. When you start an alliance and you have others in your alliance it makes since that you should be the more experienced to survive.

If you go to your hq screen and only fill in alliance tag (make this the new name you want it to have) without a password. If the name does not exist allready you will get the screen "alliance does not yet excist, do you want to create" where you are able to make all settings for your new alliance, fill in the blanks, press ok and ure done.
From then on all you have to do is invite other people.
I'd sure consider if you really want to make an alliance, but you are free to do so, so why dont give it a try.
