mobile service centre (class 4 ship)
the mobile service centre is a movable shipyard that can be accessed by alliance members who have paid 1000 points. it is for replenishing fleets in far away places. fleets can land on the service centre, and if it moves they will move with it.
ships can only be built on the service centre if a fleet is there. also, the centre can only build ships of a type already in the fleets, that is to say, it cannot build a doomstar if the fleet does not already contain one etc.
it cannot travel though transwarp. fleets sitting in service travel with the centre.

this is quite different, all who pay can use it, but you can only make ships you already have, should make a good target too. As its price is 1000*x
it should be like the mtg.

| Pay to who and who has control over the ship? If someone attack it the members who paid are loosing all the points they invested. |

| yes they would lose the points in the same way the person who pays for the mobile transwarp gate can lose the 1500 points payed for it. Control could be by leader or CoW same as the MTG |
