4 hours have passed today while I can not get the navigation panel or any others to load. I cant move fleets, check probes, etc at all right now 
This also happened yesterday for 1h.............. 
Anyone else having these problems lately? I have checked out everything on this end and all non-ST pages load a the fast rate of my high speed cable internet.
This is also my 5th attempt to post this today

I've experienced same problems few hours ago.
Fleet screen didn't load
