battle error

i just went to star commanders base for a attack and got attacked by a player that hasen't even been online for the past two days since i was online right before i attacked and check on whats at his base on a daily bases i would have seen any fleets at his base since there was nothing at his base before my attack and nothing there after my attack and this player hasen't been online for the past two days this shoulden't have happened

no his saying that this player was at star commanders base when he attacked him and the player hasnt been online for 2 days so why was he there? and he was checking star commanders base daily so whered this fleet come from.

Maybe he set his account for deleation???

i can see no bug:

the fleet arrived 2 days before. it is possible to send a fleet somewhere and log out.
the fleet will fight anyway . logged in or not.
