Except for the fact they are again talking of plague ships ( bold ) there are viruses from the previous BR ( italic and underlined ), which kill 5 cruisers and 1 destroyer. Those 5 cruisers were vital to my strategy, now I don't have enough left for my next attack.

No replies? I don't like losing points.

Admin is able to see all battles, so he can see for himself in every occasion that people aren't lieing. And if they had a bug, their points should have been restored.

I just say every bug should be answered. The admin should at least reply. If he cant do that. He cant manage the game

Thats my opinion soemtime you know the effort that the admin could do, but when a bug happens twice it frustated u

No you wouldn't. Just as doing enormous work on ID-cards. More effort then the desire it delivers.

But restoring points to all people that suffer from bugs is more then justified, as they simply earned the points. They deserve to get them. You don't battle for nothing do you?
So Rubens, thx for supporting me

Regards,

Rob

sorry about the bug, but you have to see, that we do this game only in our free time and don't earn any money with it, so we cannot spend hours and hours for looking through who is suffering from a bug.
the only solution would be a jury here in the forum, that desides, who is getting points back:
http://www.spacetrace.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=58528

we will look through the code now again trying to find the bug, but i cannot promise anything.

Admin, I think a jury isn't nessesary.

There are allready multihunters and admins, and both of them can check Battle History, so they can check if what people report is true. Searching for bugs for hours and hours isn't possible.

But if somebody complains, don't just post in the forum, you should send a pm to a universal forum account, which has a setting for getting an email ( at least, if the multihunters/admins don't mind getting such emails ) and they can check the truth, and then restore points.

Off course a requirement is that you explain the problem in an understandable way, so it is easy to search through the Battle History and check it. It shouldn't take to much time.

Its not about how good the other one explain it. Its about you, as a jury or admin, understands that it was a bug and claim the points back to a player.
Not everybody writes in the forum so it has to be publicity everywhere.

In the other hand i ask you rob, that we continue the discussion on the other topic;)
