Is there any way to make your planet's population go up?
Is there any way to make your manpower go up?
The guest access has a different number than i do, and i have an un-even number... |

The only way to increase your manpower is clone labs, but clone labs have a drawback. Every ship needs 1 mp more. That is great with C3 but it sucks with C1.
And every beginning manpower is randomly chosen. |
