I choose HQ on the main menu -- select "Alliance" tab -- then select Mobile TWG menu. Under the Mobile TWG Control Panel I found the following message:-

confrontations:
fleet 1 is defending the planet from yyyyyyyyyyyyy
-----------------------------
When I click on "yyyyyyyyyyyyy" the following error message is shown:-
session error - user xxxx is not TWGDragon - yyyyyyyyyyy
if one of these users never was on your computer this is a bug,
please report the users, the time this happened and what you just did to admin

How do I recycle my mobile TWG? |

You can't really recycle it.
Just destroy it (by fighting it) and you will
get your points back. |

lord philamon was right but i guess that answer was not what you asked for 
no,no, in fact it is a small bug:
you should not click on the names of the incomings of the mobile TWG for now, cause then the bug is, that you try to send a message as the twg-user and not yourself.
dont worry, just look for that user in the player search to sent a message
we will solve it soon

Spotted another bug.
I was surrounded by 2 fleets. As soon as I click on the MTWG to check whether production was completed, it was destroyed by one of the fleets fighter.
Checking production does not mean activating it. |

you didnt activate it.
the mTWG is active the moment its production is finished.
so it was already destroyed before you looked at it, you could only still see it in your probes screen (of the known reasons) |
