and do not tell me because he has clone labs.. if he has the clone labs, he should have 5469.2 manpower available, but he shoul pay 1 man for every ship: he need 5576 to build that fleet.

can anybody tell me if he is a cheater, or where i am making the mistake? the players has different manpower? im totally pissed off.

yes that could be possible, the manpower of a player normally is between 5000 and 5100 but sometimes appear players that have a little more or less, but I never have seen more than 5200 or less than 4900
and don't be pissed off. More manpower your enemy have, more points you can make

well i added up his ships and he only has 5,184 Mp and if he had clone laps he would have 5,702 Mp so maybe you added up his ship points wrong.

i didnt know that the manpower is different from player to player

if he has 5200 mp, it fits... and with the clone labs 5720 mp...

ya everbodys starting mp is around 5000, sometimes more sometimes less so he could easily have that much mp if he started with it.

Join later = More MP but less time to research

No this round never stop. But if your distance to the BH is greater you've got more mp. (and your distance to the BH is greater when you join later)

I'm far away from the black hole and have 5189 Mp!

I am a little more then 10 hrs away from BH and i started this round just a few minutes after the round started and i have 5127 mp, so i don't think it works that way, i think that the mp is provided random, i even think that admin said that before in a topic, when i find it i will post it here.

I think the MP that you start with depends on your race.

day of week u start. If u start on sunday, when every one are crashed, from saturday, u can get up to 6000...
