the swip is the result of a failed experiment. it minimises class 3
ships and enlarges class 1 ships.
(i know this battle syntax wouldn´t work in a real fight but
maybe you can understand what i meant, class 1 and 3 ships

(battle engine syntax: create,enemy,all,3,)
modifies AP and LP by -5000/-5000 of all in the enemy fleet in class 1 but some ships and buildings are immune against this effect
(battle engine syntax: kill,enemy,all,1)
creates all in the enemy fleet in class 1
(battle engine syntax: create,enemy,all,1,)
modifies AP and LP by -5000/-5000 of all in the enemy fleet in class 3 but some ships and buildings are immune against this effect

self destructs!
