as much as i know there is no problem with the memory server!! they can be as many offline and prewarps planet!! we have enough space

the problem is with upload and download serever! it can only upload and download till some excees. and that is 450 people in one time!! more and the server would have problems

about the deletion of players that left:
it is like this, that there is a delete button in your preferences, so there is new room for new players if players leave.
anyway, inactive players are deleted after 30 days and after 8 days they are treated as abandoned planets so there is always new room for new players within the limit of 450 at the moment. but we are discussing with our provider if we can get some more free traffic.

Yah....many people (like me) use hotmail accounts as their primary email. Coz i use msn explorer which uses hotmail. Probably like half of your members are hotmail users.

If anybody doesn't believe me, the can always check the player screen, and look up my accounts, and they'll see, that i'm not using them. Any other q's, you can ask the administration, since those four accounts are in my e-mail adress. So i just want to apologize to everybody, specially God, who it seems does not like "multys"

@ baelic: thats nice to hear and nice s.o. is honest...

i think it shows the multi-discussion was useful cause using multis is quite common in other games and there are many you cant survive a week if you dont....
so i think a lot of players use multies in the first cause they might think its necessary here too and dont want to offend s.o. - through the discussion some learn that multies are not that necessary here but a nuisance for other players and therefore by no means wanted !!!

@baelic, good for u. I admire your honesty also. The best thing you could do, is to delete your multi accounts as quickly as possible, as there are players who are unable to play at present because we have reached maximum player limit. Please do so if you havent already.

I will delete them now, but please don't thinck worse of me. The fisrt account, was sort of sperimenting, the second, I just lost too many points, and the third one i lost something like 8000 points, so i made my new account, so i will delete them now.

it is allowed to start an account and leave it to start with a new one.
only playing with multiple accounts at the same time is against the rules.

I have spotted several more multis, so the problem remains, and witht the server full is keeping new players out of the game. Not good.

Yeah, i still see a multi that calls himself an alliance. He has at least 3 accounts, maybe more. So he's keeping at least 2 new people out of the game.

How do you kill Multis?
They are more focus on a kill and can configure fleets that could eliminate a player in a single round of attacks.

Seriousely, as I said 20 days ago when I just started playing... rather than witch-hunting, you should think of new rules that could be added to the game aiming to discourage multi accounting by rendering it a lot less effective.

You did make some very valuable contribution to the debate, but, none of the solutions you proposed would work, and, multis' dissapear fairly quickly anyway, as there is nothing really for them to gain in this game other than being a damn nuisance.

i think within the last few weeks the problems of multies came back to all our minds.
some players played multies cause they are used to it from many other games.but especially due to the limited manpower this game is quite fair for newbees and their is no need to play multies to have a change aginst veterans. the only thing keeping neewbes away from top-ten in the beginning is the experience. and thats the thing you will defenitly not get if you play multies...

the discussion made clear that playing multies is a nuisance and nothing to be proud of. the multiproblem can in its main part only be solved if the players themselves understand that and do the best to stop other players from playing multies!!!
of course there are some kiddos who try it again and again and wont stop even if asked by other players to do so... in that case the admins will still be needed to stop them from doing so... but before you mail to admins please make sure that there is multiaccounting cause its also a nuisance for players and admin if there are false accusals.
and before you mail to admin contact the multiaccount player and tell him that you suspect him and tell him to delete the multiaccounts...

and to all multies you spoil the game for you and for others:

1st) its a nuisance to the 99% honest players

2nd) you dont play spacetrace but the game "who builds the most multiaccounts"

3rd) you dont learn to play the game and dont learn about tactics

4th) at the moment your cheating is "succesful" you are most probably discouvered and deleted. too many points or too "good organized" attacks draw attention.
and if you are not succesful then - why do you cheat ???
