I can't login

A friend of mine has a serious problem, his computer doesn't enter the spacetrace site, meaning, he can't login he can't do nothing, which really bums him out, so he asked me to post this to ask people what might be wrong, cause it's not the server, cause I can still login, so that can't be it, so what can?, it's not his computer either cause he can still acces any other sites, just not the ST site at all, not even the forums.

are u using AOL if so the admin configured it so it does work on AOL because some people had problems before

lowvoice you fool, what it is is that you have got either a interconttetion thing hapening try turning off the firewall and if not tha tmake sure you allow active X etc and use either
