If I were to build a pioneer ship,
And then with my shipyard, send it to The Black Hole, The Graviton Pulsar or Chronoton Nebula, would I be able to plant my shipyard on theseplanets.
They are pre-warp planetsafter all, but seeing as they are special pre-warp planets I was wondering if there was any special rule.

It's amazing that you dont remember that i posted the same sometime ago.
Are u able?NO.why?rules of ST that's all
Even if you do it you would be killed.Again and again
But you can move your shipyard next to them. |

I dont recall reading you are not able to, but if you could you would be rather silly to do so, there is plenty of places nearby you can move to if you want to.

| well i have a two questions no.1 i kinda have trouble understanding the clone labs descreption so could somebody who reserched it tell what it does?(i'm reseaching it) number 2 do you recommend final exploration? |

Let me copy from my great newbie helper:
Man Power (MP). You have limited manpower, to not make your fleets to big. The only way you can increase your MP is by researching Clone Labs. It adds 20% more MP, but every ship costs 1 more MP. It is good for the ships that need many manpower (65MP), but for example fighters (1MP), it is stupid.

| so a dreadnought is 376 mp and is the labs one use or does it keepon generating and each time it generates more anyone is added right? |

No, you can do it. I saw it once at the Black Hole..
I dont remember exactly who it was that put it up there, Ill ask around.
Either way, if you cant do it now, thats because it changed. |
