ok.
1. I looked at my probes a few times a day, on my first look my probe need 42 minutes to arrive when i look later for my probe it needs over 4 h to arraive. I know in the last round we had the same problem and i thought it is allready fixed but it dosent.
2. i cant send out new probes i type the coords in and click on "start probes" but nothing happen.
3. Im unsure mabe its new, i can builp around 5 probes but have allways only 3 probes in my screen but when i destroy one probe i have the set up for a new probe.

greetings

Tino

Hmm I also thought the bug with the probes was fixed... and unless it is a wrsp it shouldn't be something like from 42 minutes to 4 hours anyway.
I also sometimes can build more than 4 probes...

i had the prob myself...

it can happen that you have 4 probes (without final exploration)... by accident you have two probes in the same slot.. you have to delete one of the probes in the problematic slot and the other occurs and functions normally... thats what happened in my situation...

peace

i thought we fixed that bug on friday?

there was this: if you log in into spacetrace and the first thing you do is to look in your production screen, then there you can build new probes although you already have 3 of them, but you shouldent cause they wouldnt function normally.

when did it last happpen, that you could build more?

Had send my wrs probe to a sector 4500 ly away. It took more than a day to reach there. Somehow it got deflected and scan a position 2000 ly away. Have checked the coordinates and the distance when I sent the probe. Is there a probe deflector ship?

A ship that can emit a deflector shield against probing/scanning. Effective range 1.5 sector radius. Any probe that move within the effective range will be deflected by a certain angle. Calculation is: angle of incident=angle of deflection. The travelling time will not change. But the final coordinate is unpredictable. This will make the game more interesting. The deflecting building on a planet can have an effective deflecting range of say 3 sectors.
