there are enough fast motherships already, like lowrider and fleet tender at cost of hard using in battle and time slipper at cost of high mp. Every race can select one of these fast motherships.
What you propose is mothership for every race, even faster than any existing mothership. I dont think its the way we should go, the three above fast motherships could become obsolete.
