These laws are not the kind of laws that the government make but more like Isaac Newton's law of gravity
Law number 1: drinking beer makes u smarter
Proof: (kame puts on his deep voice which makes u think he s really brainy) "Well you see, it's like this... A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo and when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive drinking of alcohol kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. And that, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers."

no smoking is horrible and kills all lung cells, it is also makes u smell and is expensive, unless u re smoking something illegal in which case it s a statement against the governement and i support it

But if i may say Alchol is classed as a solvent and can cause brain damage due to it being drunk alot. So a few beers here and there for 2 weeks would work.

Sometimes is alcohol good, it widens the veins so it decrease the change to get clots. Enjoy, but drink with degree.

Not with beer it isn't. 6-7% is a strong beer. Let's not forget that we Dutchmen typically order beer per barrel.
Whishkey is nice, but not too much. Beer is good in large quantities.
