no, i asked the same question when i started the game, everybody does... but because everybody has the sam emanpower it makes the game alot fairer... so it is more down to fleet setup and alliance work to get things done...   hope that helps

U have to do it with the mp u get. U can research clone labs, then u get more mp, but every single ships costs 1 mp more.
So u have 5000 mp.
that is 5000 fighters, and with clone labs u get 500 more mp, but every fighter costs 2 mp. Then u will only have 2750 fighters.
But if u make a class3 fleet, with cruisers, it is helpfull. 5000 mp= 83 cruisers.
And with 5500 mp u can have 90 cruisers.

It would help if u say what the problem is. If it is about mp: very simple.
U can get more with Clone Labs. good for class3 fleets, it sucks ass with class1 fleets. Thats all. For further explanation, look a few posts up.
