Well, like pointed out before, the battle engine doesn't read the description but the battle syntax. And the battle syntax says after your class 4 battle. Just a matter of not matching discription and battle syntax.

at the begin of any class battle there were class 4 schips for you and for the enemy

so thats why there was a class 4 fight you MS against the MS you already destroyed with you class 3

if there is at start of any battle no class 4 in one of the fleets than they will not recycle

Ok kame,but not all my penguines got killed in the 2e BR and the rest didn't recycle . But tere is nothing to do about it now.
