Can anybody explain to me why the reconstructor didn't reconstruct and the defensive array fought in class 3+4 against my class 3?

if the major reconstructor wasn't able to reconstruct a ship (but tried) , it will not send a message (no succes - no report)

the defensive array destroys ships totally (the aren't reconstrutable)
