i just got an extra 500 man power for nothing yesterday my mp was 5100 now it is 5600. i did not research clone plants and i have not got the disadvantages that clone plants bring with them.
no hurry to fix this problem admins i ll gladly suffer it till u have free time

the problems been fixed  stopped the production of the extra ships and all is well
