They still show the LEADER, but not the FC. Was it supposed to be that way (e.g. the FC can be found only by luck or treason), or, is it a bug?

Spy troopers - give you information about some of the members of an alliance (e.g. who's in it), and tells you who the leader is. Before the leader kept the flag, so they basically told you where the flag is. Now they still tell you who the leader is, but not where the flag is - 'cuz of the new alliance position - FC(Flag Carrier). The FC can be different from the leader.
So, is the lack of possibility of finding out where the flag is made on purpose, or is it a bug?
