Hmm that is weird...
Was there a class 4 fight ( it should ) but if there wasn't penguings don't recycle.

i know why:
the recycle command is a part of the ship modifier. it can only be invoked if the ship has shot. in this battle constallation there is a change that they have not shot -> no recycle
(if you don't use they do not recycle, i guess this is fair )

the recycle command of the penguin can only be activated if a penguin shoots on something .
if no penguin shoots - no recycle |
