I couldn't login back in to move my fleet it seemed that the server wasn't letting me login or the over sea phone lines where down but in any ways it cost me my fleet
never mine the points i lost why couldn't it had awaited a couple of mins befor it went down to let me move my fleet.
and it just now let me read the battal report from the fight my fleet had and it took intill now for me to get to rebuild my ship's
i hope i'm not in a spot like that again when the server has that trouble.

Yes, I had the same problems last night.
Both forum, irc and the website were very hard to get in (ones I saw the spacetrace login-screen, but I never made it beyond that)
The strange thing is that it started around 23.00h central-European time and it ended about 9.00h this morning (at 8.00h I still couldn't get in, and an hour later I seem to have a high-speed connection) |

I had the same problems what you said is the very same thing that happen to me.
Both forum and irc nothing. Hey Frederik do you live in the States ? And yeah the one time the login page showed up was when i had a high-speed connection as well.but then it would acted like it did befor click to move to fleet Nav brd window long time loading after woulds i'd click and nothing seem to happen. but the funny thing is when i did get to login, the changes i asked the fleet to do happen ,my fleet had moved LoL
that why i said maybe the phone lines going over sea's was messed up.

Hi SirTaz,
nope, I am from Belgium, so I doubt if I use those oversee lines. Maybe yesterday's lightning storms took out some German routers?

yes, there is sometimes trouble with the server - due to lightning or not..
i think this has to do with the quality of the server, which is npot the best, but affordable - remember spacetrace is a free game...
if anyone knows a better server (with low costs) or has an idea of getting money for a better one just post it here and send a mesage to admin...
in the meantime we all have to take this serbverprob as some kind of galctic storm, which makes it imposssible to communicate with your fleets - all production and comunication fails as the seems to be a loss of energy connected with this
so be aware this might happen.. and if you got a backdraw remember that is not personally meant but could happen to everyone...
but after all luckily those accidents are quite seldom...
