I always get these errors at the reply page at the bottom of it. Most of the time I don't notice it but it is always there if I check.
And I didn't click my mouse too fast, and I don't care for it much as I don't get it know but I think the admins appreciate it that they know something went wrong.

The message about the output handler I get everytime I see this reply page. Opera and IE.
