I think the MP on this is fair. The time slipper costs more because it has AP And it could kill a major reconstructor.

I was never good in matics, so, no idea what you are meaning with this.
If this is the explanation for the manual, than the noobs will never learn ST.
And where is the battle syntax? Mabey i understand than more of the ship.
Mostely is the battle syntax more difficult to understand, so the explanation of the ship will tell the possabaillity's of the ship, better to understand for everybody. But now you can better understand the battle syntax (if you made it), than your own explanation of the ship.

This invention is impossible. So the admins already reject it, why bother to discuss about it. Once in a while you get much inventions about faster warp ships. I know that the galaxy is big, but the warp ships that we have are an good example of balanced ships. So take that as an example and think befor you invent.
