| I read the description of lowrider, but I am still confused. Will that ship explode if the enemy has a mothership, or will that ship explode if the enemy has time slipper? |

I am receiving mix signal.
Will the lowrider explode facing any mothership class (except timeslipper) or will the lowrider explode only after being attack by a mothership class? Of course that is assuming none of class 1, 2, and 3 have a chance to attack the lowridder itself. |

No.
The lowrider will destroy all your own class 3 if you have a class 3, and will also destroy any other class 4 (pirate flag etc) if you have a class 3 battle. So no, it is safe against motherships. |

oh yes, they are right, the Lowrider has to get hit before it explodes.
