inthe tech-three of the nanites there stands you can research support-frigate after you have researched nano-tech, but when i click on it for more information, it seems it doesn't stand in the ship list or in the quick search, is it because it is a new ship, and hasn't been added yet, can someone help me with this?

Yeah it is because it is a new ship, if you try it on "deathstar mk1" you'll get about the same.
